You can download Google Earth from the Google Earth download page.
It firstly depends is the campaign closed or the company team still works on it and updates the data. In the second case, it depends on what refresh rate have you selected when creating a OST project.
It is the rate of how often OST refreshes the data it has from the database.
The time your project will stay valid. This can be useful in some cases when you want to provide a third party with the data, but you would like this to be available just for a limited amount of time.
You download the file for the project by clicking the appropriate link in the Projects in your OST account, and open it with Google Earth.
The same ones as used for your OST account.
Yes. You can do this by selecting the project and clicking File->Save>Save to My Places. You will be also promted about this when exiting Google Earth.
Just enter the path in the local file system or the URL and replace the RIO ID (which has to be part of the
path or URL) with the symbol #.
For example, if your files are located in the folder: C:\Images (or at the address http://www.somedomain.com/images
and all of them have the naming template: image_for_point_RIOID.png, replace the part RIOID with the symbol #.
At the end your path will look like this: C:\Images\image_for_point_#.png (http://www.somedomain.com/images/image_for_point_#.png).
There are two choices. You either log in and have your IP address enabled to use OST for the period of your session. Or you can add the IP permanently through the Settings page. Please note that you are allowed to have no more than 5 permanently allowed IP addresses.
